1. Starting Cooperation

Cooperation begins with the client confirming the order.

The order includes: the agreed package or individual offer, price, scope of work, and delivery dates.

2. Materials from Client

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials for website creation:

• texts, photos, logo, colors, design preferences, domain/hosting access.

If the client fails to provide materials on time, the delivery deadline is automatically extended.

3. Payments

• A 50% deposit of the project price is paid before work begins (recommended for larger projects).
• The remaining balance is paid upon project completion and before final deployment.
• For smaller projects, payment after completion can be arranged (by agreement).
• Prices are fixed after the offer is approved.

4. Scope of Work

The price includes only what is specified in the offer or package.

Additional work or changes beyond the agreement will be charged at €25/hour.

5. Revisions

Every project includes 2 rounds of free revisions.

Additional revisions beyond these rounds will be priced individually.

6. Delivery Time

The deadline starts only after the deposit is paid (if agreed) and all necessary materials are provided.

Failure to provide materials by the client extends the deadline.

7. Hosting and Domain

• The client can use their own hosting and domain.
• Option to use hosting from Vordex (€10 / month – voluntary).
• The provider is not responsible for third-party hosting outages.

8. Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all provided materials (texts, photos, logos).

The provider bears no responsibility for legal issues arising from content provided by the client.

9. Project Handover

After paying the final amount, the client receives:

• access to the website,
• source files (if agreed),
• short manual / training.

10. Complaints

Complaints are accepted only for technical errors caused by the provider.

Does not include: changes in requirements after completion, hosting issues, or modifications made by the client/third party.

11. Cancellation

The client can cancel the project at any time.

If work has already begun, the deposit is non-refundable, or a proportional part for work done is charged.

12. Promotional Purposes

The provider reserves the right to present the finished project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

13. Client Commitment

Once the project begins and the provider starts working, the client commits to completing the project and paying the agreed price.

The client cannot unilaterally reject the project after work has started to avoid payment.

If the client terminates the project without reason, the deposit is non-refundable, and a proportional part may be charged based on time and work spent.

14. Security and Insurance

The provider uses encrypted communication and secure hosting (if used).

For complex projects, we recommend the client backs up their own content (photos, texts, data).

The provider is not responsible for data loss caused by a third party.

15. Additional Services

• Hosting + Maintenance: €10 / month
• Copywriting: €10–20 / page
• Quick Fixes: €15–25 / hour
• Old Website Redesign: from €100
• Logo / Branding: €20–50

16. Additional Conditions

The client agrees that communication takes place in writing (email / Discord / Messenger) to record changes and assignments.

All order changes are handled by written agreement.

The client acknowledges that some technologies (e.g., third-party plugins) may be paid or require a separate license.
